1. Authority to submit
You represent and warrant that you own or control the rights needed to provide the audio, composition, lyrics, artwork, credits, names, likenesses, reference materials, and other content for private evaluation. If collaborators or rights holders must consent, you have obtained that consent. You may not submit material subject to a conflicting confidentiality, label, publishing, management, work-for-hire, contest, or platform obligation.
2. Limited service license
You grant us and necessary service providers a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, temporary license to receive, host, reproduce, convert, access, analyze, privately display, and delete the submission solely to fulfill the purchased service, perform quality control, provide support, maintain security, enforce agreements, and comply with law.
3. No ownership or royalty transfer
Submission does not transfer copyright, publishing, master ownership, songwriting or production credit, neighboring rights, royalties, trademark, publicity rights, or any other ownership interest to us. We do not register claims in your work or act as a label, publisher, manager, distributor, PRO, or collection society.
4. Optional uses require separate consent
Public previews, promotion, testimonials, public voting or libraries, listener research, and model training each require separate, specific, optional permission. Optional boxes must be unchecked by default. Refusal or later withdrawal for future use does not cancel the private diagnostic, though withdrawal may not undo a use already lawfully completed.
5. Human and software-assisted review
Software may assist with file validation, organization, measurements, transcription, comparison, or technical observations. A human reviews the final recommendation. The service does not promise a hit, chart result, commercial outcome, or complete identification of every artistic, technical, rights, or market issue.
6. File controls
Production uploads should accept approved audio formats such as MP3 and WAV through a private, expiring upload link. The system should enforce size and content-type limits, randomized non-public filenames, least-privilege access, logging, and malware or file-integrity checks where available. Do not email unreleased masters. Keep your own backup; we are not an archival service.
7. Confidential handling and deletion
Submissions will not be intentionally made public without separate consent. The planned default is deletion of source audio and working copies within 30 days after report delivery, subject to an open clarification, security investigation, legal preservation duty, or documented request. Transaction, consent, report, and audit records may be retained separately as described in the Privacy Notice.
8. Prohibited material
Do not submit content you lack authority to provide; malware or executable code; unlawful threats or exploitation; material that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, contract, or other rights; or unnecessary personal, financial, health, government-ID, or other sensitive information embedded in files or metadata.
9. Claims involving your submission
You are responsible for third-party claims caused by your lack of required rights or your breach of these representations, subject to the indemnification and liability provisions in the Terms of Service and limits imposed by applicable law. Notify us promptly of a rights concern so access can be restricted while it is reviewed.
10. Required consent record
Before upload, the production system must record the customer, order, submission version, rights attestation, accepted policy versions, timestamp, and any optional permissions. No upload should be released to review until the required record is complete.
